With the 283 Carry, the german firearms manufacturer Spohr sets the new standard in the 3″ carry revolver segment. Compact design, absolute precision, crystal-clear trigger characteristics and the highest level of german quality at a reasonable price were the focus during the development of this gun.

The 283 Carry is designed as a very compact utility revolver which, with its powerful .357 Magnum caliber, always has sufficient power reserves. The mounting rail also allows the use of a red dot sight. The LPA sight with fiber optic inserts (rear sight & front sight) guarantees fast target acquisition under a wide range of lighting conditions. The aim in developing this revolver was to create an ideal weapon for carrying which, in addition to its compact design, offers maximum precision and versatility.

All lock parts are wire-eroded from highly tempered steel and not, as is the case with other manufacturers, made from inexpensive MIM. This significantly improves the trigger characteristics and durability.

The barrel is a cold hammer forged polygon match barrel, which is characterized by its precision, durability and ease of cleaning.
